So we all want to achieve that sunkissed - ha geddit - look all year round right? The glowing skin that just gives you that feel good factor...
Sunkissed are a company that want to achieve just that, so no matter the time of the year, you'll always have gorgeous, glowing skin! Who doesn't want that during these gruelling months? As you can tell... I'm not a fan of the cold weather and dark nights. Yep, I'm a bad blogger.
First up is the Bronze Architect Palette* it's a super handy palette that has contour, bronze, blush and highlight pans. Admittedly, I didn't have high hopes for this palette but I was surprised at the quality of the product! the pans are pigmented but not overly pigmented which I think is ideal in particular for contouring because then you can build on the look you want to create. The blush seems really pink right? But when it's on your skin it actually creates a lovely warm glow! I was pretty worried about the blush to begin with but I was impressed with it! The palette comes with a handy little guide which you can see in the photo with a numbered coloured guide so you know where to apply the product to!
The Sunkissed Eye Palette & Bronzer 'Smoky Eyes'* is so handy because you get a nice choice of eyeshadows and a gorgeous bronzer. The gorgeous red that's huge right now, to the iconic smokey eye and even a subtle day time look. Both the bronzer and the shadows are super pigmented and they feel so soft and almost creamy(?) to touch? I've had a little play with the palette and I love it. Admittedly, I've not used the brushes that come with the palette but that's because I'm particular about brushes.
The Sunkissed Instant Tanning Gel* was the product I was most curious to try! I'm only just beginning the delve into the world of fake tan and when I read that this was a gel, it confused me slighty! I wasn't quite sure how it was going to work! There's two different types of gel available - for cool skin tones and for warm skin tones. The way to find out which is the better gel for you is with the jewellery test! So if silver jewellery looks great on you, then you're cool and if gold jewellery looks better then you're warm! That's how I figured out that the cool skin tone was for me! I do recommend that you be careful when applying this as one pump gives you tonnes of gel! It also smells AMAZING. It provides a light tan too which is fab - you won't get the orange look with this!
Finally, the Sunkissed Highlights* is the product I was most impressed with. I don't usually use liquid highlighters so I think that's why I was even more impressed! It doesn't smell nasty, it smells really sweet, almost like coconut! It's really pigmented and looks amazing on your skin! You can also mix this in ever so slightly with your foundation - but I literally mean ever so slightly! You don't want to look like a walking disco ball! Or you can use the highlighter in the more traditional sense and sculpt it with a brush or your finger tips to create that perfect glow!
Have you ever tried Sunkissed? What did you think of the products? Are they a brand you'd like to try? Let me know in the comments below!
