Blogmas Day Fifteen - Christmas Beauty Wishlist!

14 December 2016

We always know what to buy others but when it comes to ourselves we're stumped. You can never have enough beauty products though! This wishlist for myself might help you! Be prepared for makeup, makeup and more makeup...

Here's a small list I've made of some things I'm into at the moment and would love for Christmas! Mum if you're reading this, you know what do do!

First up is Colourpop Cosmetics, I am a huge fan of this company right now, vegan friendly, cruelty free, cheap, amazing quality products... The only downside is that they're an American company so customs is a huge ball ache. However, this does not put me off Colourpop because they're so worth it. Their lipsticks are to die for! First up is the Can You Knot lip bundle. This is priced at $15.00 and you get a satin lip, matte lip and gloss lip piece in the shades Hutch, Notion and Sookie. I think these shades are gorgeous and wearable for day and night. I also love the packaging from Colourpop. Another interesting thing - I actually want to try a satin and gloss lip for a change! I've heard many great things about them!
Next is again Colourpop and it's their Love A Flare shadow kit priced at $25.00. You get six shadows in this collection and I don't actually own any of the shades in Love A Flare, they look gorgeous so I'm desperate to try this! If I don't get it for Christmas, I'm definitely going to buy it! You get the following shades in this kit: I Spy, Melrose, Moonwalk, By My Side, High Rise and Head Rush.

Also by ColourPop is the Cookies Highlighter Trio Set  priced at $20.00 you get the choice of three different highlighters: Stole The Show, Smoke N Whistles, Lunch Money. I am addicted to Lunch Money, it's currently my go-to highlighter that I wear day in, day out and I love it! I've just hit pan so I'm praying my mum reads this and gets me Lunch Money because it's my best highlighter to date!

Next up is the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation. Now, I absolutely love Charlotte Tilbury products and I've never tried her foundation but I'm desperate to do so. Priced at £29.50, it's quite average pricing for a high end foundation and I've heard so many good things about this product, it just makes it that little bit more desirable... Hint hint Kayne.

I'm going to be honest here... I don't have a skincare routine. Well, not one that I keep up with on a regular basis. Thankfully, my good friend Hayley (TeaPartyBeauty) is helping me out here! My skin is pretty bad at the moment, it's usually quite clear but recently it's been a bit dry and regular breakouts - something I never really tend to get. I have a blog post coming up with skincare products so keep your eyes open for that! In the meantime, here's something I'd like - Peter Thomas Roth Brightening Bubbling Mask priced at £30.50 from Beautybay! I've heard some pretty good things about this and it's supposed to 'brighten' and 'clarify' your skin, so it'll be interesting to see whether this actually works.

Ok, confession time. I don't actually own a beauty blender... I know. I must be a bad blogger right? I've had dupes in the past but they've never really been that great. However, I have heard that the Beauty Blender brands are a firm favourite within the blogging community so I want to definitely give the sponges another try, especially the brand everyone raves about! £16.00 does seem kinda excessive for a sponge but that's why I'd rather have it as a Christmas gift than buy it myself, since I'm on a makeup/spending ban... You can get these on Beauty bay for £16.00 like I said. They have all different kinds of sponges available!

I adore Gerard Cosmetics, I think it's a great company that's super cheap and affordable for a great price. The quality of the products are really good too. I've always wanted to try their Slay All Day setting spray again... hint hint mum, Kayne! I quite like the looks of the Grapefruit scent. This is available on Beauty Bay and is priced at just £14.50. It's a bargain really!

So there you have it! A small insight to my very, very long beauty wishlist!
