April Favourites!

Another month has been and gone. April has been a funny little month. I'm now 22 years old (aaah) I finish University in less than a month, I can't wait for it to finish now. As you can see, I don't have that many favourites this month because I've been loving the same products for a while but here are a couple that I feel that deserve a mention!

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

This is a product that has swept the internet by storm. I've not come a cross a single negative review about this so far (I'm still yet to find one) I read so many reviews and decided to give it a whirl for myself. I had heard how it smelt like actual chocolate and how pigmented the colours were... Impossible, I thought to myself. However, I was extremely surprised!

Kylie Cosmetics: Dolce K

I am now the proud owner of my second lip kit: Dolce K. It's been extremely stressful trying to get these recently. It's been a total nightmare. I've been trying to get 22 and Posie K for the last month without any success.

This is a very personal post for me as my brother has Autism. I thought it might be worth doing a post on what is it like to live with a person who has Autism. My brother was diagnosed in 1998, just a few days before his third birthday so it's always been part of my life, I would have been four when he was diagnosed so I've lived with it literally most of my life.

So, I thought it might be time to do some shopping around, see what matte related products I could get for my lips since the Kylie Lip Kit seems to be pretty impossible to get right now, I'm also quite interested to see how other various matte liquid lipsticks stand in the rankings. 

Realising That University Is Almost Over.

I'm really sad that University is almost over. I only have six and a half weeks left. I've learnt so much in the last three years, it's crazy. However, I do think that I'm ready for this chapter in my life to be over. Don't get me wrong, I have loved every single minute of University but the bird must fly from the nest at some point so to speak.

So people have raved about these products in particular but I've found them not all that they're cut out to be!

So there are certain products in the blogging community and in general that seem to be taking it by storm. Sometimes I jump on the bandwagon to see what the hype is all about, sometimes I just do it because I'm genuinely interested in the product - like Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits - I was genuinely interested in her product so I was successful in her first ever release (yay).

I remember seeing this tag on Youtube years ago and I don't know who originally created the £20 makeup challenge tag so I am not claiming this to be mine but I'm going to try kick start it back up and add a twist to it.

March Favourites!

March has been a peculiar month. I've handed in my dissertation - probably the most challenging piece of work I've ever had to do, somehow been the most active I've ever been blogging with the most views yet.
