Merry Christmas!
As I write this, our tree is currently being decorated and we're all feeling super festive!
This post is going to be the shortest blog post in history but I made it to the end of Blogmas and I'm so happy! I feel like I've achieved something massive. Hats off to the people who blog daily... I seriously couldn't do it, just 25 days alone was a struggle!
December has been a pretty heptic month so far, this is my first proper day off (Christmas day) this month! All I've done is work, blog, work, blog, work, house, work. Literally. We've signed for our house and we move into our first home together next week (EEEEEEEEEK) how exciting?! Despite the business of December, it's been a cracking month and a great way to end the new year and begin 2017 with a new house! I'm going to have a little break from blogging in the new year I think, just whilst I move in, I doubt I'll even have internet so it might be a necessary break!
Please take a moment at some point today to think about those who aren't as fortunate such as the homeless, those living in poverty or in war torn countries. I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through and it makes me realise how very blessed we are to be able to be surrounded by our loved ones, to have our homes fully in tact, to have good food in our bellies and a warm cosy bed. I've decided this year to make donations to local charities and I feel so good for doing it, knowing I've helped someone, no matter how big or small. Every little donation helps and is really appreciated.
So wherever you are, whatever you're doing, how you're celebrating today - Merry Christmas everyone, I hope it's a goodun!
